Grilled Chicken Pasta Salad

Pasta and Salad have to be 2 of my favorite foods and when you put them together, watch out! This is a meal that’s a big hit with everyone at my house.

What you need:

  • Grilled Chicken (fresh grilled or Tyson ready to eat)
  • Pasta (your choice, just needs to be bit size)
  • Tomatoes (can be canned like some spicy Rotel!)
  • Cucumbers
  • Onion (white, yellow purple, doesn’t matter)
  • Bell Peppers
  • Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • Pepperccinis
  • Italian or other oil based dressing

How to do it:

  1. Prepare your chicken, if needed.
  2. Prepare pasta.
  3. Dice and shop all veggies.
  4. Toss all in dressing.
  5. Enjoy!

MINI BURGERS

This is such a great quick and easy meal even the kids could make it!

What you will need:

  1. 1lb of ground beef or chuck per 2 people
  2. desired spices to taste
  3. rolls

How to do it:

  • Mix you meat and spices.
  • Form into patties.
  • Cook of griddle until deserved done-ness is reached.
  • Enjoy your mini pieces of heaven!
